1. What kind of services do you offer?

2. Who are you?

We are a team of smart, hard-working people with decades of accumulated experience in the industry. We’re crazed perfectionists. We eat way too many donuts. We are passionate about mining the cloud.

3. How does working with you work?

We like to begin with a free consultation, usually over the phone. You will be connected with one of our resident experts. Then you will talk. For quite a while. Tell us about yourself: what you need, what you dream, what your pocketbook can manage. We’ll listen carefully.

Then we’ll go back to our lab and mix our magical elixir. We’ll come back to you with a researched proposal. If you like what you see, then we’ll start immediately. If you don’t like what you see, we’ll part ways friends. We believe the small business owner needs to follow their special instincts to know when the chemistry is right.

Project execution will go as you dictate. If you need it done by your grand opening, consider it done. If you have lots of time, but want to get every detail absolutely perfected before going live, we can do that also. If you want daily updates, great. If you want to check in weekly, that’s fine too.

We will revise what we produce until your goals are met.

4. I want to get a good-looking website/blog up and running fast and cheap. Can you help?

5. I run my own business and I’d like to sell stuff online. But I don’t know much about computers, don’t want too much day-to-day work, and don’t want to pay too much. Can you help?

Uh…no. We are real people that need to eat real food. Bottlecaps don’t digest as well as we’d like.

8. Will you host my site?

If you prefer, we will arrange for hosting for you through our trusted providers, and manage the account for a small fee.

9. What hours are you around?

We are available by phone Monday-Friday, 9-5 PST. But realistically, we’re pretty much always around. You’ll have our direct e-mail address and cell phone numbers when you work with us, so if you want to get a hold of us, you absolutely can. We also aren’t afraid to work weekends when you’re in a rush.

11. How much does it cost?

It's not an easy question. You might just want an image made into CSS. You might want a fully functional e-commerce site with built-in marketing campaigns. Suffice it to say, our rates are competitive with offshore firms, and our quality and service far exceed it.

We also love the challenge of working around budgets. Don't have enough to pay for a fancy custom template? Fine! We have a wide selection of free templates we can tweak to make your own. Worried about spending a lot of upfront cash? We have monthly payment plans for many of our services. Be upfront about what you can afford, and we pride ourselves on finding something that works.

12. How would I pay for your service?

We support a number of payment methods. Paypal is our preferred method of payment, though debit and credit cards are fine as well. If you prefer to do a bank transfer, we’ll need to wait a couple of days to get started.

13. What about confidentiality?

We are happy to sign any and all NDAs you send our way. But we consider it an ethical obligation to keep any work we agree to quiet. After many years spent in corporate America, we know how important it is to keep secrets.
